was the "interest" rate and terms part of you engagement letter? If not, might be hard to
attempt to COLLECT any interest. That aside, maybe Robert can address the issue of the
rate of 5 percent per month as beiing an illegal rate. Possibly you may be wanting to drop the interest charges to avoid any legal problems if they complained.
