Hi Rebecca- Thanks for responding. We are simply going off the past, when payments were coordinated through Charlene directly. Thank you for clarifying that she is no longer part of that process. We aren't gossiping at all, we simply have unpaid orders over a year old and you have not responded to the last 3 emails we have sent you since March of this year. We hate that this issue became public, but we were promised payment and your company is now non responsive. We will certainly share updates when we receive payment.
