Indeed. I always search those who call or email with inquires on areas and fees. All take pride with an "office" situated in the United States. DIg deep enough to discover a central office somewhere in Southeast Asia. Those nefarious individuals simply fishing for personal information. Their poor grammar usage a dead giveaway too.
