Jay, If, "So licensing will eliminate most off shore companies that don't get licensed", really will work, why do they get so much business. It seems unless the enforcement by the state is very strong, the licensing requirement only hurts those in that state, such as those who may want to pull a doc for a friend.to post a reply: login - or - register
