I just tried the site and it says it is being suspended until they can comply with the new law.  They are not only going to be blocking information on Judges, they will be doing it for all elected officials and certain appointed ones too.  Just about anyone working in government will be "protected" in the official records from now on.  That's thousands of records that will need to be blocked from view.  I guess that leaves us without the ability to insure a title that belongs to a government worker or official from now on.
