Oh the insanity. Back in January a clown from Mumbai, India contacted me to schedule a meeting to discuss his fees. I told him what to do with his pricing, where to go and how to get there. Needless to say he never replied. Never forward your fee schedule without confirming their actual  place of business. Many inquire to simply lower their fees to steal business from us local title searchers. Those companies sending orders to offshore firms nothing more than traitors. Also got to chuckle when we receive requests for "clean up" work and expect to charge minimal prices.
