Yes. If the inquirer provides book / page, or a document number then yes a document retrieval. The crux of my original post focused on those who email request with "we chained back to....". 'We need a search prior to computer records". That constitutes perusing through pages of hardback books at the county. Hence, travel, reading pages upon pages of hand written records, and copy charges. .
