Just to clear this up... The complaint is part of the civil file but is NOT recorded in the Official Records. You can pull it online in many counties but ONLY if you have a Florida Bar #. Otherwise it must be manually pulled which is simply not an option for most of us. We can do our 7 or 8 county local area but outside of that it's just not something we can do. I have only had 2 clients request the complaint but they were satisfied to receive the docket print-out instead. They are asking for this mostly to have absolute verification that all parties to the foreclosure were properly served. Hope this helps.
