In the counties I cover in Ohio, whenever I am conducting a search on a property where  a foreclosure is involved, it is standard procedure for me to supply pertinent docs from foreclosure (i.e.. complaint, PJR, FJR, judgment , sale confirmed at a minimum)  just as when a divorce/dissolution of marriage is found, copies of separation agreement (in relation to property division) is also provided.  That is why I only cover 2 counties.  I have been doing this for almost 20 years.  O f course, I charge accordingly for retrieving these docs and the extra work involved.
