When I have made a mistake I  comp the search and do the next search of additional value "on the house."

It doesn't happen a lot, but in 30 years of doing titles it has happened. Obviously quality of work is very important, but attitude and client relationships are equally important. She should not expect to be paid and she should consider herself lucky that you don't drop her. Just my opinion...
