I was wondering the same... I work for a title company that does a heavy volume in NJ with major foreclosure attorneys and they seem to be ramping up, however my parents have been sitting in LP limbo since Jan 09...they have tried working with their lender to fix the situation, but have gotten to the point where they have given up and are waiting for the sheriff to show up, but talking to her lender gives the impression that they will be waiting a while longer... its been 5 years now and the LP will expire so my question is what are the options??
