When a company asks you to go lower than $25 for a current owner, I am hard pressed not to ask them if they would like me to pay THEM $25 for the "sheer pleasure" of doing the work for them. As I am sure that we are all at our jobs daily for no other reason than the social interaction (VENT).

Seriously,  companies like that will just dump you the minute someone undercuts you by 50 cents.  Unfortunately, that seems to be the norm nowadays, the only concern is the price, not the quality.
