Tammy:  I have PRECISELY the same scenario as you.  Don't forget to add Halo into the Wayne Schutt spiderweb.  Eclipse is far behind payment (about what they're behind with paying you) and suddenly there are RAS orders in our mailbox.  While I understand what you're saying about "friendly relationships", I do not trust anyone who works for any of those organizations because they are always so quick to say "we have nothing to do with Eclipse."  "Well, yes you do.  You are playing a shell game and I'm not going to participate."

I have sued several clients in the past.  I have even won.  I am never able to collect.  If you have a family attorney willing, I would gladly join you in a class action -- and I'll bet we can drum up hundreds of other abstractors.
