I had someone call me a while back wanting current owners for  $25, and updates for $5.  I forget who it was though.  Told them no thanks.  And I won't do business with companies that source out to India or that are in India.  I've questioned a few people that do call from one of those companies and their knowledge on land title is scary.  They think title laws are strict now in LA, just wait until an insurers start to get claims on a company based out of some place other than USA.
