The Recorder of Deeds is online, but not Probate/Register of Wills or Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts.  I'm happy to turn down the work and allow them to get low price, low quality. I'm a firm believer in getting what you pay for - it will come back to bite them at some point.  I have plenty of clients that appreciate the quality of the work that I do.  I do mostly oil & gas work, which definitely pays more, but even the real estate clients that I have value quality over quantity/price.
