Source of Title Forums: Re: Curent Owner Pricing

If your caller is to be believed, there are indeed companies charging $25 for current owner searches. And they are either going out of business or providing inferior services the caller can no longer accept. Otherwise, why did they have a need to replace the $25 searcher?
