We did work for them for many years.  They are very precise with their requirements, but they pay very quickly.  Then, they hired three, yes three searchers to do what we used to do.  We lost a LOT of money because of that.   However, they still occasionally use us.  The biggest grip we had with them was, they would only pay the courthouse cost for copies, and they did not want to pay for trips outside the courthouse to travel to circuit court for copies.  However, we did come to an agreement on that.  However, there are many instances that I would literally have to stand for almost an hour making copies at both the county clerk"s office, and circuit court clerk's office and that was time I was not compensated for.  However, they do send work, easy to work with, and they do pay.    Hope this helps.
