John, I wasn't speaking to TA as whether they paid or not. I was speaking of the take it or else letters that TA sent twice to us in the 7 years we did their work. The second time we said NO and that was the last I saw of them and have been happier for it! The bottom line is they are gone and they made these demands to us twice! It is always a sign of weakness when a company employs these kind of tactics. Strong companies who want to reduce their costs just find a searcher who will do it cheaper, Companies who make these threats are usually on their last legs and know the repercussions that go with this approach but have no choice
