Bravo Chris! We have adopted the same policy for clients that pick off the easy searches and send us only those that cannot be done online. We see it as the best way to protect our loyal customers who expect the quality only a hands-on abstractor at the courthouse can provide. 

When we quote the online skimmers the higher prices, they may turn down the search but we see it later coming from one of our non-skimming vendors.  Some of our better clients who send us only searches they cannot do online simply accept the higher prices as the cost of their business model not ours.
