Agree. They do not know what they are asking for. One BIG company only wants to pay me $75 for a 2 owner search, back at least 24 months. If a foreclosure is involved, go back behind the foreclosure. If a developer is involved, go behind the developer. I charged more than $75 and based my fees on what I am paid by SC lawyers.  Boy did they get upset. Their computer system does not like to do anything out of the norm. The computer grades you and send out new orders based on your grades. And, my work is reviewed by people in India who do not understand SC law.  They ask the dumbest questions and you cannot call them. All communctions must be via email.  They are terrible.
