You see.... if you had said in your reply to Mercedes that you have tried phone calls and emails to no avail.... I would have said..... "nothing", but you didn't  However, call  it rude or whatever you want, but I will continue to post when incompetence is exhibited, and there is plenty of it on here. 

We've been doing this for 20 years now, and still have many of our original clients from 15 - 20 years ago... because of our professionalism and competence. If we have a payment problem we pick up the phone and solve it.  The last time we were hit was back in 2000 for $150 so maybe I know something.

I have helped many posters on this site from behind the scenes and have been thanked beyond belief.  I will continue to post unless Mr. Franco ask me not to...and he did ask me to back it down once and I did... and I have been very respectful to his request.. if you are that sensitive then maybe you shouldn't post.

Rude??? no honest and intolerant of incompetence.... and this is the end of our conversation.
