I do not know why I even post here because of rude people who fail to comply with the rules of etiquette. I did use the new fangled device and was told on 2 calls that the check would be sent. When it was not, I resorted to documenting with e-mail. Please do not continue to post unless you can reflect professionalism. Thank you.
