We stopped doing work for them as they were not paying for all of the copies they asked for.  Looking at a lawsuit now.  You asked, I got, pay me.  Since I will not do their work until they pay, I have nothing to lose.  They owed me 5 digits and we have gotten the bill down to about 3k but we have been trying to get paid for about 5 months getting the run around. Good Luck.
