Amy, With all due respect, obviously it is the case as this is not the first incident. It should not take a review to get your company to pay timely. It should never have to get to this point where this is the last resort as every other means has been exhausted before collections. In the scheme of things, It's really irrelevant what company I am with, just pay ALL your vendors timely. Don't pick and choose which vendors to pay, just pay all in a timely manner.  Vendors are the core foundation of your company. Therefore, every vendor who has completed work for your company in good faith, no matter how big or small, has a right to be paid in a timely manner. Vendors need to be your  first and foremost priority when it comes to payment.  It's just good business practices.
