Go on Watchdog - you'll see plenty from me about THAT issue.  We learned their turn-time grade is a comprehensive turn-time.  In other words if you did 10 orders within 48 hours, your turn-time is 480 hours.  I stopped reading their stupid reports after the second score of D or F years ago.  I complained a long time ago to Trish that it was inaccurate.  Our accuracy rating was in the crapper because UNEDUCATED-IN-ABSTRACTING "processors" were grading us.  So all those times they couldn't find a lot on a map, understand the split in the chain, asked for things they already had - all count against the searcher.  Eff that frankly.  Makes sense to have your 1st grader score your Master's thesis.  Kym
