Excellent and spot on post, Leigh!  You mirrored my own experiences and attitudes precisely.

I guess the one place I deviate is that I do not hide their report cards....I round file them!  Immediately.  They're nonsense and inaccurate and I don't know why they even bother.  If an order is late because they don't get you the information you need, it goes on YOUR record.  Who needs that?  I'm pretty sure they don't like at them, either.  they know the problems with that little system.  Probably someone up the food chain -- even MORE clueless -- thinks it's valuable information.
