I stopped doing their work years ago because of all the aggravation of report cards & endless emails from workers in India who hadn't nearly enough training in real estate telling me that I didn't know what I was doing. But - that's the way they roll & honestly, I've never met anyone who has worked for them who had an easier time of it.
One thing I do know from my own experience, is that they were reliable payers. No fussing over copy charges; no phone calls from vendor managers asking me to lower my fees. I think it was every two weeks like clockwork, the exact amount they owed me would show up in my bank account. No muss, no fuss. I like that in a client.
If you're willing to put up with the endless emails asking for documents they already have; or asking you to produce information that is not available; & the rest of the irritation then it's nice to have that steady income. If you're not willing, then ok- they will find somebody else.
As to the Report Card, I treated it the same way I did when I was in the 4th grade - I hid it so I wouldn't have to look at the bad grades. Fortunately no-one from India called me up on the phone & grilled me for explanations they way my mother did when she finally found the report card I had hidden from her.
