I wish I had a dollar for every time a client told me about the HUNDREDS of orders they'll send me monthly.  Frankly, in all these years, even my legitimate clients do not send me HUNDREDS of orders.  Maybe one that was just doc retrievals....

The "flat fee" pricing is getting to be an obsession.  It's stupid on their part, but they won't listen.  When you have a state like Michigan that charges $1/pg, copy charges add up fast.  Any time we do a copies-inclusive deal, we always end up having to put on such a huge buffer that we end up charging them MORE than if they accepted actual copies.  But like I said, they don't listen.  Their loss!
