I have worked for them for quite some time.  I can second the notion that they are very slow payers.  They require you to fill out an invoice with the search, I follow up with my own monthly invoice and even then I still have to send follow up emails to get paid.   That being said, I have been paid in full for everything that i have ever complete with them.
