I just recently ended my relationship with Altisource because they were asking for documents that were not available in Maine and until they retrieve them somehow, they hold up your file and WILL NOT pay you and will note and document your file through the PTS web where we upload searches that it is incomplete and waiting for documents.  I have also had trouble getting them to pay and pay accurately.  They have been nothing but trouble for me since I started with them.  I found them on some website now that basically is a "do not use" list of the top companies to avoid for certain reasons and Altisource was like number 2 or 3 on the list.
