Source of Title Forums: Re: ALTISOURCE

My policy is i only provide what is filed at the county level. if the client needs items filed only at the state or local (municipal) level., etc, i do not get those filings, only what is field at the county level. But i specify this on my search.

Just giving you my input on this, Others may do it differently.
