Why is it horrible advice? I know nothing of Florida real estate law, but I was giving Mercedes credit for knowing what she was talking about . . . she stated that a complaint "is not an instrument recorded in the Public Records" and I suggested that she say so to the Altisource employee who probably knows as much Florida real estate law as I do.to post a reply: login - or - register
