Lender Recording Services, a nationwide document recording service provider is looking for independent abstractor's working at the county courthouses that are willing and able to WALK UP documents for recordation.

We are looking to update our network and to fill holes in our network as we have a new client coming on with substantial volume with shotgun national coverage. 

Your service fee would be included with the documents ensuring no risk that you would not be paid for your services. 

We would require that the recording information be faxed, emailed or called in the same day recording takes place or by 10am Eastern the very next morning. 

Documents would be delivered to you via FedEx overnight morning delivery.
