[-] Title company says they require attorney title opinions - LUTHER FISHER/NC (12 replies)
9/23/2013 4:58:38 PM (2680 views)

I was recently told by a company that they require Attorney Title Opinions from their abstractor's searches. They apparently do not have an attorney so it's assumed that I as the abstractor would get an attorney to give an opinion on my searches -- which of course would be extra $$.

Is this even legal? I have been doing searches for 10 years and never seen where the abstractor gets the attorney to provide an opinion
