I think Mike was inquiring of the big title companies but Ken, people at our level ARE doing work for them.  If not you, your neighbor.  I'm leery as far as non-payment recourse but then again, I have thousands unpaid from people here in the states and I don't know how to go about suing in, say, Atlanta GA yet.

Its not a matter of doing work FOR them, its that the big companies are using their services.  Mike, the claims that may eventually be tracked back to them (the big guys) are a drop in the bucket to what they save on off-shore fees.  As Sharon said, accountability, liability are a joke anymore.  India makes the shareholders happy, the CEOs happy, the politicians, the lobbyists.  Everyone but us we folk.
