absolutely... I love the business, and anyone with the knowledge of doing it.. It's a tough business and we live in a small world of abstracting... I thank you for the opportunity to work with you.. 1 year or 6 months in.. Running a business is 24/7.. I take pride with all my abstractors and business partners.  Whoever made the phone call is a stand up person.. and so far so good.  In this business, I as well as other business owners you see here,  we or they have been taken for a lot, time and money.. in this business, we business owners "float" your business... If a new company comes in, we try to do our best for them, we sign confidentiality agreements with them, and we stay partners in business, usually for long periods of time.  Do not be scared of the business discussion board you see here. It is for our protection as well as yours.  At any moment, anyone of these business's can be floating the costs,  as well as  labor,  most months between $1,000.00 to $15,000.00, with that kind of money out "floating" your business, per month,  most of us would use a pay-pal account for orders to be returned to your business, if it wasn't for the discussion board here.  Lots of Trust in this business.
