I have done a few searches for them in the last month. I am not sure what to think of them or how they found my information since I did not contact them. They do not know what they are doing. Did not know the difference between a Warranty Deed and a Deed of Trust. I believe they might be an outsourcing type of business. Also, wanted to pay next to nothing for the search fee.
