yes...they started out pretty good but then it has gone downhill.. the last check I received bounced... I did get the Ok from Sam Rigss  to re-submit it and it was honored... I have asked for prior invoices to be paid in full he assured me a check had been cut on Thurs. 2/13 and I should receive it this week... we shall see...I think I may be done after that...
