This company owes us a signifecant amount of money. I have tried to contact them more times than I can count, through email, voicemail, fax, etc.

I am givin to Dan Costa's voicemail by a nice receptionist who apologizes over and over that Dan does not return my calls or my past due invoices. Invoices are from January to present.

I have gone to the Rhode Island Secretary of State website and got a name that signed their document of Todd Costa. Also there is an authorized signature of Joseph Murphy. Their original LLC filing was filed in Deleware. I am going to have to go to the Registered Agent to try and get further information on their annual report and try and get other names. I am planning to do that today.

The receptionist tells me there is no one higher than Dan Costa who handles the Payables. I have to question that. Anyway, any ideas anyone has as to other connections to this company would be appreciated.

I have worked for them ablut 2-3 years. They have paid, but pretty slow about it and I have always been able to contact Kara in the past and got results. The receptionist tells me that Kara works for Dan. It all sounds scripted.
