Old Republic, I have had payment issues. There was always one not paid , or the copies were not paid. The last time I had the displeasure to deal with them , a woman called Chris Horrigan , said she was in charge of Ohio.I had a " current owner " NOT with multiple issues, that I could not do in 24 hours. She was really nasty to me.

I responded to them and told them I had had problems, with payment and people being nasty to me. I did not like being told to give them a cheap price and put their work above people who pay me quick and are nice to me. I doubt if this Richard person has ever worked in the field. I have 30 years in this business.

I said I was not interested in doing their data processing, and writing their policies, with me taking all the liability. I am not about to take my time typing metes and bound legals , judgements, and tax issues.I always send copies.

I told them people in India do that well , however I have dealt with issues form their work, as they do not always know what documents are, and do not have the ability to go in to the court house and look at the old books and records.

I have not done anything for them for probably a year, I really do not care to, especially under these terms. The Richard person strikes me as a bully.
