How is he still in business???   He still owes me $70 from 2005.  He begged and badgered and promised tons of volume for reduced pricing.  I only did 3 cases for him that I have a record of, and never did get paid for the last case.  We went back and forth about it for a while - I can't remember his excuse for why he felt justified in NOT paying, but I refused to do any more work for him.  He sent me a few more orders after that and I had to keep reminding him that he still owed me money and that even if he paid, I would not be working for him again...
