I have to say that this proposition is very interesting.  The company expects vendors to lower their fees & speed up their turn times.  48 hour turn time for a full, presumably 50 year search, means that other clients'  work has to be shoved to the back burner to accommodate  somewhat difficult  demands. Do they guarantee that people who are willing to meet that demand will receive the bulk of the work ?

  The last sentence is a classic:  ...please reply with where & what requirements you are unable to meet.  I will have you taken out of the system at that time.  Just perfect...
