Well, I made a double post, and I can't figure out how to delete this one. So, rather than make you read my stupid coment twice, I thought I'd edit this one to actually address the original post. So here goes:
I think I saw that same letter Jill refers to, and I'm not surprised to see it appear as a topic here. The way I see it, any client can declare the price they're willing to pay for a product or service. And, any merchant can tell the customer the price at which his/her/its product or service may be purchased. I will look to see which services, and which products, fall within the overlap, that area in which we have agreement, and offer only those services in those counties that do.
