This is rather a complicated subject.  We are suppose to be moving towards compliance now.

I recently participated as a panelist in a conference in Orlando concerning how to comply.  I suggest you may want to touch base with a local title insurance company-they should be able to give you some assistance.  Otherwise, I suggest contacting NALTEA for some guidance.  It would just take too much time to try do this in a forum.  In Orlando a whole day was spent on the CFPB.
