It appears to me, that Ben is willing to provide us with the name and information for the person who is undercutting everyone. Basing this on deciphering his messages. If this truly is the case, I would be interested in finding out more information. I do see on SOT that Southern Land Titles ad is claiming a $25 search fee, which makes me concerned that they are one of the undercutters, and SOT is supporting this type of fee slashing even on their own site. I may be wrong, but I can see clients searching for abstractors utilizing SOT and see that ad and then using just that ad as a way to get all the searchers to cut their fees, whether Southern truly does work for that low, its still perceived that way.
