Fee reductions are a fact of life, we don't like it and as many of you have said, we don't have to take it. I've bee at this for over twenty years, The ones who want the most for the lease are the hardiest to please. Title reviewers who don't know real estate law who want information which isn't relevant. I'm at the point that I refuse to work for nothing. Better to stay home and do nothing than to drive two hours each way to get copies for $15.00 to $25.00. Best of luck to all of you. Hold the line!!
