Well here's the problem as I see it.  They sent me a random email with absolutely zero information about their company.  They also did not indicate how much work they had, or what they wanted from me in terms of a work product.  It was thoroughly unprofessional looking & having been burned before by various out of state title companies, I deleted their email without bothering to respond to them.

If they wanted to be taken seriously possibly they should have sent something that contained more information.  I do get queries from out of state companies all the time & this was the sketchiest one I've seen in a while.

I am happy that they are a good company to work for.  Hooray for paying clients.
