I'm sorry you've had such problems, Kym. I've been working with RealMetrix for about a year now and its been absolutely problem free (although we don't get huge amounts of work).
I did make it clear that we don't have time to type anything for them. (I'm a vendor manager, too) It just wasn't an issue. No problems making contact when I need to, either. Maybe they're going through growing pains -- and growing too quickly -- and it's going to be the ruin of them.
Finally, I don't think they're in any way connected to NREIS and I don't think they have an Indian connection. I've only dealt with Elaine Morgan since day one.
