You think Altisource is bad, this one is worse.  Long sign up, 10 emails w/i 24 hours about a single doc retrieval.  Requests for updates on the ETA even though we gave the ETA as the next day.  Portal is confusing AND they want the legal typed in for a damn deed - don't they have people they pay fifty cents an hour for this?

As a vendor management company we make nothing on doc retrievals because we're usually charged $25 and I had to keep telling them they need to approve $30.  That results in 10 more emails per order.  Impossible to reach anyone by phone because you get disconnected on the way to India and we had no email for order issues.  At least Altisource gave us real searches though they owe us a ton in unpaid invoices.

We keep telling them to reassign everything.  Once we're paid for our four or five we did, I'll tell them we quit.  I haven't created a post here because I know they search here for vendors but I went on a rant on Watchdog.  If anyone searches their name, this post should show up without my broadcasting it with a headline (yet).

I'll do my usual research on Real Metrix.  I've heard their name in the past.  Where's Nils?  He's usually good at sleuthing!
