An acquaintance of mine that works at the Cook County courthouse in Chicago has told me that one of the "Big Boys" has apparently brought staff here from India to do the work in that county.  So now what do we do??  I tried to raise this issue over 4 years ago when I first got bumped by the cheap alternative.  Nobody has seemed very motivated to react, and the situation just gets more pervasive.
